The site allows you to register in order to benefit from the services we make available to you.

The detail of the data collected changes according to updates made to the official websites of the various immigration services; in the present case, the information collected is the data gathered on the form https://visa-madagascar.com/en/online-application.

Depending on the choices made when you register, you may receive our newsletters and commercial offers and/or those of our partners. In order to provide the services offered on the site, we may pass this data on to some of our partners in charge of performing all or part of the services offered on the site. This data is also kept in performance of applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

The PROVIDER undertakes to ensure that the personal data concerning users, collected as part of certain Services, is processed only for the purposes of those Services, and not disclosed or transmitted without prior consent.

All useful precautions are taken to protect the confidentiality of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access.

You have a right to access and rectify the personal information concerning you, and a right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of data concerning you — which may, for technical reasons, prevent you from benefiting from the services offered through the site. You also have a right to object to the use of your data for commercial canvassing.

Any request to exercise the right of access, rectification or objection must be made in writing, signed by the applicant, state the address to which the reply should be sent, be accompanied by proof of identity, and sent to: support@e-visa.online. In accordance with Decree No. 2007-451 of 25 March 2007, we will reply within two (2) months of receiving your request.

On smartphones, cookies are controlled through the operating system's settings (iOS, Android). Disabling a cookie may prevent or make it more difficult to access the site and the services offered.

Intellectual property

The site and its components (trademarks, logos, data, metadata, texts, photographs, databases, documentation, etc.), as well as these terms, are protected by intellectual property rights on various grounds. The Publisher of the site holds the intellectual property rights, or holds the necessary rights, over all the elements of the site.

Except with the Publisher's prior written consent, the following are prohibited: any adaptation, making available to the public, distribution or redistribution of all or part of the elements of the site; any extraction or reuse, including for private purposes, of the content of the databases created. Any total or partial reproduction of this site without express authorisation is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable under the Intellectual Property Code.

Confidentiality

The CLIENT and the PROVIDER agree to keep secret and confidential any Confidential Information originating from the other Party and may disclose such Confidential Information only with the latter's prior authorisation.

"Confidential Information" means any information that has not been expressly stated as being public by the disclosing party, the provisions of this contract, the documents, files and computer programs provided by the CLIENT to the PROVIDER under the Service. This obligation shall survive the end of the Service.

The PROVIDER undertakes not to disclose the confidential information received from the CLIENT, except with the Madagascar government site (evisamada.gov.mg).
